Delivery and Return

Delivery:

The product(s) will be delivered to the recipient's address via the courier company we have partnered with. Since the products are prepared specifically based on the order, they will be shipped within 3 business days.

In areas where the courier company delivers only once a week, or in cases of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or due to social events or natural disasters, there may be delays beyond the stated timeframe. The buyer cannot hold the seller responsible for such delays. If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the buyer, the seller is not responsible for additional shipping fees arising from the refusal of the recipient to accept the delivery, incorrect shipping information, or the absence of the buyer at the address. If the product(s) have not reached the customer within the specified time, delivery issues should be reported immediately to our sales representative via phone or by sending an email to info@majolin.com.tr.

In Case of a Damaged Package:

Damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be prepared with the courier company's representative. If the courier representative claims that the package is undamaged, the buyer has the right to open the package there, check that the products are delivered undamaged, and request the situation to be documented with a report. Once the package is accepted by the buyer, it is deemed that the courier company has fully performed its duty. If the package is not accepted and a report is filed, the situation should be reported to the seller's sales representative along with a copy of the report as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason and without paying a penalty within five (5) days after receiving the goods. In accordance with the General Communiqué of Tax Procedure Law No. 385, the buyer must fill out the return sections at the bottom of the invoice provided by the seller, sign it, and send a copy along with the product to the seller, while keeping a copy for themselves. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the buyer. The return shipping cost for returned product(s) must be covered by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared in line with the buyer's requests and/or explicitly tailored to their personal needs.

If the reduction in value or inability to return the product is due to the buyer's fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for the loss or reduction in value.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered cannot be returned. Returns must be made with the original packaging.

If any opening, damage, breakage, alteration, tearing, use, or other conditions are detected in the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, the buyer must first inform customer service. The seller will provide the buyer with the return shipping information. After this communication, the product must be sent to the seller using the courier company that delivered it, along with the invoice containing the return details. Returns are accepted only if they meet the conditions specified in this agreement. Refunds will be made to the buyer's credit card/account and will not be issued until the product is returned. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The reflection of refunds made to credit cards on the account depends on the relevant bank's processing time.

For goods and services purchased with a credit card, the seller cannot make a cash refund due to the agreement with the bank. Refunds will be processed via the relevant software system, and the seller is obligated to pay the amount to the bank either in cash or by offsetting. Credit card refunds will be processed by the bank after the buyer pays the amount in full.

Exchange Policy:

In accordance with our exchange procedures, unused, unopened, and non-altered products in resellable condition can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date at our stores on weekdays. For products of the same type with different size or color options, exchanges can be made for both size and color. Products that cannot be resold will not be exchanged. Please note that for each order, only one right to exchange or return is granted, and further exchanges or returns are not allowed.
