DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that they will be obliged to pay the order amount and any additional fees such as shipping fees, taxes, etc., if specified, once the order is approved.
2. DEFINITIONS
The terms written below will have the meanings assigned to them in the implementation and interpretation of this agreement.
- MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Customs and Trade.
- MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
- LAW: Refers to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
- REGULATION: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188).
- SERVICE: Refers to any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed in exchange for a fee or benefit, or promised to be performed.
- SELLER: Refers to the company offering goods to consumers as part of its commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf or account of the party offering goods.
- BUYER: Refers to the real or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a product or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
- WEBSITE: Refers to the website owned by the SELLER.
- ORDERING PARTY: Refers to the real or legal person requesting a product or service through the SELLER's website.
- PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER.
- AGREEMENT: Refers to this agreement signed between the SELLER and the BUYER.
- PRODUCT: Refers to tangible movable property subject to shopping and intangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment such as software, sound, images, etc.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below.
The listed prices on the website are sales prices. These prices and promises remain valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The essential characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) of the goods/products/services are published on the SELLER's website. If the SELLER organizes a campaign, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Campaigns are valid until their specified dates.
7.2. The listed and announced prices on the website are sales prices. These prices and promises remain valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. The total sales price of the goods or services, including all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that they have read and electronically confirmed the preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product on the SELLER's website. The BUYER also acknowledges and agrees that the SELLER has provided all required information under the law, including the address of the SELLER, the basic characteristics of the ordered products, their prices (inclusive of taxes), payment, and delivery information.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any justification or incurring any penalties by notifying the SELLER. For service contracts, this period starts from the signing date of the agreement. This withdrawal right cannot be exercised if the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends.
11. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER acknowledges that certain products cannot be returned due to their nature, such as personal care items, customized products, perishable goods, and unsealed hygiene-related items.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payments made via credit card, they acknowledge that they will pay interest according to the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and bear any legal responsibilities arising from such default.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's location, as per applicable monetary thresholds defined by law.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
This agreement becomes effective upon the BUYER completing payment for the order through the website. The SELLER must ensure that this agreement is presented to the BUYER for acknowledgment before the order process is finalized.
