The information regarding the processing of personal data by MAJOLIN is provided below.
This Clarification Text may be amended at any time. These changes become effective
immediately upon the posting of the revised Clarification Text on the website.
1. DATA CONTROLLER:
Your personal data may be processed by MAJOLIN in accordance with the Law No. 6698.
MAJOLIN is the data controller.
2. PROCESSING AND PURPOSES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
Not limited to these purposes, your personal data may be processed for ensuring the legal and commercial security of MAJOLIN
and its business partners, maintaining commercial activities, and managing human resources and employment policies.
Technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing and access to your personal data.
3. SHARING, STORAGE, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA:
Your personal data may be shared with MAJOLIN shareholders, business partners, suppliers, external service providers, and legally
authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 8 of the Law No. 6698.
Necessary security measures are taken during data sharing.
Your personal data is stored for durations required by the purposes of processing. Unless there are other reasons, legal regulations,
or contractual obligations, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose of processing ceases to exist and
the retention periods expire.
4. METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA:
To carry out its operations, MAJOLIN collects personal data through application forms, contractual information,
legally mandated agreements, and authorized personnel as per the conditions stated in Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
In this context, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Ensuring that employees and customers benefit from the products and services offered by the company.
- Creating and managing customer and employee records.
- Conducting evaluation, analysis, and risk management within legal boundaries for employees and customers.
- Customizing and offering company products and services according to customer and employee preferences, habits, and needs.
- Providing updates on changes in service terms and electronic services.
- Ensuring legal and commercial security of the company and its associates.
- Planning operations with business partners, authorized sellers, service providers, and suppliers.
- Establishing and implementing commercial and operational strategies of the company.
- Conducting surveys for customer and employee satisfaction, market research, and analysis to improve services.
- Resolving complaints, processing data access or correction requests.
- Maintaining the accuracy and currency of data.

5. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:
Under the Law No. 6698, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed.
- To request information if your personal data has been processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it has been used in accordance with this purpose.
- To learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
- To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stated in Article 7 of the Law.
- To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- To object to a result that arises against you due to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
- To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
