Not limited to these purposes, your personal data may be processed for ensuring the legal and commercial security of MAJOLIN and its business partners, maintaining commercial activities, and managing human resources and employment policies. Technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing and access to your personal data.

3. SHARING, STORAGE, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA:

Your personal data may be shared with MAJOLIN shareholders, business partners, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 8 of the Law No. 6698. Necessary security measures are taken during data sharing.

Your personal data is stored for durations required by the purposes of processing. Unless there are other reasons, legal regulations, or contractual obligations, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose of processing ceases to exist and the retention periods expire.
